Summary2

 

  Sean Covey wrote “The 7 Habits of Highly Effective Teen” to explain to us what we should do to be more successful in life. He made some examples about the struggles that are familiar to us. He gave us some ways to deal with those all problems in the 7 habits of highly effective teens. He explained the 7 habits to us that understand what we should really do. The habits build upon each other. For example, we can know the habit 1 is “Be Proactive.” The meaning of that is Take-responsibility for your life. The habit 2 is “Begin with the End in Mind.” the meaning is Define your mission and goals in life. Habits 1.2.3 all deal with self- mastery. We can call it “private victory. The habit 4 is “Think Win-Win” the meaning is Have everyone-can-win attitude. That is deal with relationships and teamwork. We call it “public victory”. He also wrote 7 opposites habits. For example, “begin with no end in mind” “Think Win-Lose”. It can distinguish between what is the right way. By the way, that’s 7 habits are good for us to deal with your problem in life.

In additional, he advice some ideas and methods to the teenagers become highly effective teens. In the beginning, he talks about his childhood. He provides some examples why those teenagers start struggles with each other and they start complain.For example "There's too much to do and not enough time. I've got school, homework, job, friends, parties, and family on top of everything else. I'm totally stressed out. Help!" He provides seven habits to make the reader know how this seven habits are so important for teenagers such as be proactive, begin with the end in mind, put first things first, think win-win, seek first to understand, then to be understood, synergize and sharpen the saw. Those habits are talking about how to become an effective teenagers.  He tells us to step-by-step to do the seven habit. If we follow those habits, we can become highly effective teenagers.

The second advice was you should have your own life aim. The third advice was you should do the most important thing at once. The forth advice was you should know the means of “To the people rose the hand leaves lingering fragrance”. The fifth advice was you should listen to the others suggestions. The sixth advice was you should learn how to work with others. The seventh advice was you should follow the age. If you can get these advices, you will prove obviously.

       Sean Covey is a famous author. He wrote an article to give advice to teenagers to explain how to change their habits to  become effective people. “The seven habits of highly effective teens" is one of best article he wrote to give to teenagers seven habits they should to do. Firstly, the word “be proactive” he wrote had mean teenagers should to control and responsibility to their life it such as the key to unlocking the other habits. And the second habit he advises teenager is they need to achieve their goals. Moreover, teens should to manage their time to complete what most important things. Then, he called the team habit four, five and six is “public victory” it means teens have a lot of chance to be win but they have to helps and listens people around because it is big help for them. Last, the habit seven is renew yourself  it is most important habit he wanted to gives teens. In conclusion, Covey provides a step by step guide to help teens improve self-image, overcome challenges like peer pressure and to learn to build relationships and self-esteem and to reach goals.

                              Summary: The 7 Habits of Highly Effective Teens
   
      The author of the article Sean Covey advises teenagers on how to cultivate 7 habits in order to leave a highly effective life. First of all, he advises teenagers to take responsibilities for their lives, that is, whatever happens to them whether good or bad they should never blame it on anyone. Also, he advises teenagers to always set a goal that must be attained in order to succeed. Then, he went further to say that teenagers should  live a prioritized life, that is, putting first thing first. Furthermore, teenagers should try to help each other to succeed and not see life as a vicious competition. On the one hand, teenagers should be good listeners; they should listen to what others have to say and not to talk a lot. On the other hand, they should cooperate with each other to achieve more because it is said, "a tree cannot make a forest." In conclusion, teenagers should learn to renew themselves regularly by reading inspiring books.

 Sean Covey believes that, good habits can course teenagers to become effective people. Everybody have their own habits in addition they cannot find the mistake. Sean Covey was found the base of habits were about three steps, Root, Trunk, and Leaf. Sean Covey advanced seven habits to help the teenager improves their habits. The first one is responsibility for your behavior. Secondly distinguish parts of things. The thirdly order your goals of life. The fourth found a target as your attitude. Fifth be sincerely with your friends. In the end you had better renew yourself every day. Sean Covey used that to remind people face to their habits.

In the article, Sean Covey gave advice to teenagers about how to be highly effective teens. He showed them 7 habits to help them. At firsts, you have to take responsibility for your own life. People in teenage were wonderful and challenging. A good habit can help them do things easier. Sean remembered what it was like to be a teenager. He had a plan to do everything because he had too much to do but not enough time. Sean believes some habits have good effect for teenager. He listed some habits have a bad effect for teenager and list seven habits he thought have a good effect and use a tree diagram to support his point. Sean Covey wrote in his article that he believes teenagers should develop good habit to be effective. Firstly, he listed some problems and complains that teens had in nowadays. According to this issue, he would like to give them suggestions in order to educate and encourage them. Then, he provided 7 habits which are 1. Be proactive; 2. Begin with the end in mind; 3. Put first things first; 4. Think win-win; 5. Seek first to understand, then be understood; 6. Synergize and 7. Sharpen the saw. And with a tree diagram to illustrate step by step. Thirdly, he gave some examples to prove that good or bad habits would influence people strongly, but people could always change their bad habits to good. That is to say, people could easily control themselves. As a result, throughout the text, Sean Covey not only gave teens advices but also gave them hope which could help them to overcome any obstacles.
